PETERSBURG Duration: 6+ months Req Details: BABOK Business Analyst needed Clear understanding of the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) Experience establishing (or improving) the Business Analysis (Requirements) discipline within an organization's Software Development Lifecycle Cycle (SDLC) (Includes establishing guidelines, procedures and templates) Experience with various forms of software development (i.e. waterfall and iterative/incremental) Experience with at least one Requirements Management tool (ex. Caliber, Requisite Pro, etc.), with a clear understanding of the pros/cons of using such tools. (Specific experience with Caliber is a plus, along with experience writing/designing customized Document Factory reports) Experience with process analysis & improvements (Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) is a plus) Experience mentoring (or formally training) other Business Analysts Clear understanding of traceability and the impact to Business Analysis, other disciplines within the SDLC, and the actual product/application Clear understanding of Requirements Change Management Experience with the Unified Modeling Language (UML), especially use cases, activity diagrams, and domain/class diagrams Kind Regards !
