This is an opportunity to play a critical role in validating algorithms to automate detection, quantify and to improve precision and accuracy in new high throughput gene expression and genotyping instrument systems. Responsibilities: Develop software infrastructure to evaluate algorithms with large datasets. Implement a multi-tiered set of test cases for algorithm validation and regression tests. Involves analyzing large amounts of data, understanding instrumentation effects, chemistry and molecular biology reactions.
