Call/Contact Center test and certification: This position will perform engineering testing, certification, documentation, application development/scripting, deployment and support functions with limited supervision around Call Center and Call Recording platforms including Newfound IPCR, Genesys Voice Portal (GVP), Genesys Agent Desktop (GAD), etc..
