This position reqruries developing data analytis product, expertise is requires in database architecture and front end application desin and architetcure in GIS domain. Oracle spatial experience is requrired Responsibilities: • Apolication and database architecture to implement large scale analytics solutions in GIS domain using Oracle and Oracle spatial platforms •Work with customer and business/sales organizations to develop system requirements •Translate business requirements using complex methods/models to determine appropriate analytics application solutions, •Help in specifying research activities related to developing/enhancing the analytics solutions, •Architect systems solution using core analytics algorithms developed by Research Engineers and partners, •Evaluate 3rd party analytics products/API's for integration with solutions, •Champion performance studies to identify and recommend solutions to system bottlenecks, •Analyze competitive products and recommend solutions that can differentiate solution offerings, •Lead any proof of concepts study and/or development, •Participate and provide input in product roadmap planning, •Participate in development reviews to ensure design synthesis and proper system validation, •Provide systems support to research, sales, product marketing and product deployment, •Ensure that the solutions meet relevant industry standards, where applicable. Skills Qualifications: •MSEE/MSCS with a minimum of 12 years of experience in design of Enterprise data mining and/or predictive analytics products that have sophisticated Interactive User Interfaces operating on large backend databases in real-time and off-line modes Required Skills & Experience: •Has developed and deployed large enterprise analytics products (data mining and/or predictive analytics), •Has designed commercial products closely integrated with off-the-shelf Application Server technologies, •Strong experience in database technologies; on-line and data warehousing techniques, •Good experience with data visualization methods, •Experience in using geo-spatial databases, •Experience in systems architecture and engineering processes; proven ability to take concepts into deployable systems, •Good appreciation of various wireless networks mobility implementation concepts and major subsystems, •Familiar with developing real time carrier grade telecom software, spanning system functionality and FCAPS, •Passion for creating innovative products; Broad curious and analytical mindset, •Excellent organizational, leadership, people and project management skills, •Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to prepare and present comprehensive presentations to customers and management at all levels ...View Job Details

Manager, IT Governance & Compliance An immediate need for a highly motivated and energetic individual to lead in the definition, documentation, and publication of a Global IT Governance framework with procedures supporting operation and maintenance of our global IT environment. Responsibilities * Develop, maintain, and monitor systems and processes to measure and report on performance against established standards for project management and process development and analysis within agreed formats and timescales. * Define, document and maintain a set of corporate IT policies, standards, and procedures. * Distribute and implement policies (including tracking and confirming adoption) to create a more consistent approach to overall IT governance and compliance. Identify and document IT process flows, risks and control points. * Work with Regional/Country IT Leaders to ensure effective ownership and execution of IT control standards and compliance processes. * Collaborate with the Global IT teams to develop and drive an enterprise-wide IT communications program. Create and manage Global IT content. Ensure key stakeholders remain informed of key IT initiatives and projects globally. * Interact in an international environment, exhibiting sensitivity to local custom, culture and operating procedures. * Work with the Director, IT Risk & Compliance to provide oversight reporting for Global Governance and Risk Management initiatives to the CIO, Global IT Council and, Senior IT and Business Executive Management. * Partner with Global Program Management Office (PMO) to advise management and governance committees on the use of metrics to improve overall project management effectiveness and manages the implementation and execution of said metrics. * Develop written and oral communications that clearly explain technical concepts using non-technical language where appropriate; effectively communicate to company management and technology users, focusing on process pros/cons, IT strategies and trade-offs. * Collaborate with business and IT team stakeholders in the development of meaningful performance measurement criteria to gauge successful attainment of project objectives and business critical success factors. * Work closely with Directors, Managers, VPs and CIO to develop, implement and support overall IT culture, strategy, direction, policies and procedures. * Create IT strategy program goals that are tied to accomplishment of corporate objectives. * Provide assistance, upon request, in the development of IT project plans and project resource requirements. * Responsible for selection, implementation and management of policy management and control tools to gain work efficiencies. * Document and share expertise and lessons learned to contribute to intellectual capital. * Proactively identify systemic barriers to change internally or in client/customer organization. * Initiate actions and alternatives to avoid potential problem situations before they occur and /or increase the probability of desired outcomes. * Adjust rapidly and frequently to new situations warranting attention and resolution. * Make recommendations to improve project efficiency and effectiveness. * Assist with the implementation and evolution of Global IT general departmental management practices. * Other duties and projects as required. Required Experience / Skills * Strong ability to grasp and develop high-level understanding of the issues inherent in the integration of IT with business. * Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills. * Demonstrated ability to abstract from a specific situation and think strategically about an issue, along with being able to drill-down from a strategic concept and distill into pragmatic and actionable deliverables. * Strong knowledge of project management concepts and skills (including but not limited to, work plan development, resource and task management, status reporting, issues management, and project risk management). * Demonstrated ability to utilize judgment and initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions to issues. * Proficient with Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Project, SharePoint. * Functional knowledge of standard IT governance, risk, compliance, and project quality management frameworks and standards (COBIT, RiskIT, ValIT, ISO 10006). * Conceptual understanding of various compliance and regulatory requirements such as GLBA, PCI, SOX, EU Data Privacy. * Strategic thinker, strong analytical and business skills with an intellectual curiosity. * Good relationship-building and stakeholder management experience. * Ability to develop, mentor and manage personnel. * Proven ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives. * Outstanding communication, collaborative and influence skills, and the ability to adapt these traits in an international environment. * Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills to actively model desired work values and practices for others, including self-improvement, continuous learning and career development. * Ability to play a continuing role in development of junior staff and to encourage team members to provide continuous feedback to each other and share information openly. * Solid understanding of solutions delivery life cycle, process frameworks, methodologies, tools and practices. * 4 years successfully managing high performance teams and/or business operations departments. * 5 – 8 years in corporate IT strategy, enterprise risk management, strategic/financial planning, IT strategy consulting; global consulting firm experience a plus. * 8 years successfully managing IT project teams with a minimum of 4 direct and indirect reports, inclusive of contractors/consultants. * Domain experience in two or more of the following: IT governance, risk management, compliance; strategic planning; organizational design; policy management; program management; change management. * Project Experience including Integration Management, Scope Management, Time Management, Cost Management, Quality Management, Communication Management, Human Resources Management and Risk Management.
