Our Client is looking for Instructional Designer / Technical Writer / Trainer (Oracle Applications / Oracle ERP) with the following skills and experience Role: Instructional Designer / Technical Writer / Trainer (Oracle Applications / Oracle ERP) Location: Milwaukee, WI Duration: 12 months Rate: Negotiable * 5 * 8 years of experience in the area of Instructional Design * Comprehensive experience in creating training plans and training products for ERP rollouts * Oracle ERP * Hands-on knowledge of creating training on Oracle EBusiness suite * Ability to independently design a sustainable training and communication plan to support a multi-geography, multi-language rollout. Training plan must take appropriate advantage of diverse delivery media, such as e-learning, classroom training, webcasts, just in time learning, etc. * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Self motivated, strong executive presence * Spanish language skills a very definite plus - Not a Must NOTE: The candidate would have to travel to Mexico for a few weeks.
