Responsibilities must include, but are not limited to: 1. Learn the new and modified client business processes; learn the functionality provided by a custom-web based application 2. Understand the alignment new/modified business processes and how the application will support those processes 3. Develop end user training materials in the form of simulations, manuals, job aids, and exercises using Oracle’s UPK and the Microsoft Office Suite 4. Become familiar with existing training materials including training software, training database, LMS 5. Deliver innovative instructor-led training of the application to adult learners 6. Facilitate classroom questions/answers, group conference calls 7. Work with classroom monitor to gauge student progress 8. Participate in daily checkpoint meetings/calls to report classroom status, questions 9. Identify, document, and report training issues to project management 10. Must be able to travel within Pennsylvania Experience: 1. Previous training material development and instructor-led training of web-based applications experience required 2. Computer skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel), email, and internet navigation required 3. Clear and succinct presentation, communication, and facilitation skills require 4.
