Candidates have strong written and verbal communication skills. Candidates must have at least 5 years software development experience, including broad exposure to the software development lifecycle. Candidates must have at least 5 years experience with relational databases, including complex SQL accessing a large, complex application database. Candidate must have at least 5 years of mainframe and complex CICS applications development experience. Candidates must have moderate experience with logical relational database design (e.g., enhancements to existing tables; new tables for small enhancements). Experience must be current within the last year. A Bachelors degree in IT related field of study is preferred.
