Client is seeking professional IT consulting services to provide support for an implementation of the PeopleSoft Grants 8.9 Accounts Receivable/Billing and Contracts modules. In addition to these modules, a decentralized implementation of the Grants management module – allowing units external to the Research Administration office to participate in a streamlined proposal submission process utilizing custom pages and workflows – will be developed and rolled out to the community. This contract will cover full project lifecycle to include the project planning, process design, software setup/configuration, development, general design, testing, data conversion, and deployment phases. Project scope will include the implementation of several Grants Management V8.9 modules. Specific functional expertise will be required for PeopleSoft Grants Management modules including Grants Management, Project Costing, Contract Accounting, Billing, and Accounts Receivable. In addition, PeopleSoft Security and Workflow using PeopleSoft Financials V8.9 will be implemented. Detailed project scope is included below. Project Scope: Implementation of PeopleSoft Grants Management version 8.9, People Tools version 8.48 and other full project lifecycle services and documentation related to project management, change management, process definition, development, deployment, training, and all required software setup/configuration of PeopleSoft Grants Management and additional modules version V8.9 including: 1. General Ledger (Integration with Grants Management) 2. Grants Management A. Develop a user friendly proposal entry page B. Develop a user friendly budget upload page C. Create summary pages for preceding info 3. Project Costing 4.
