SAP Working module experience –SAP ECC 6.0 LSO Minimum of 3 years experience Implementation (project) experience would be beneficial, but ultimately looking for someone that has supported SAP in an L2 capacity Technical Requirements Working knowledge of waterfall SDLC practices Ability to follow step by step instructions independently and assist business user in troubleshooting production issues Ability to analyze business issue/defect, document findings and resolution with an ability to estimate effort to correct Understanding of L2 level practices and procedures, with an ability to understanding the need to escalate to L3 level when necessary General Requirements: Ability to work independently Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to create and maintain positive and professional business relationship with project team(s), associates and external customers Must be able to work effectively in a team environment Need business systems support for daily activities relating to support of SAP LSO ECC 6.0 at capital group.
