Job Description: We have deployed SD/SM for the Field Services group within Falcon TSI and we need a solid resource to continue supporting this functionality as the group continues to grow going forward. While the business unit is small today, there are high expectation for this group to expand significantly in the future with a sound foundation of SW and SAP functionality to support their growth. We are using Resource Related Billing as part of the SW deployment and this concept has been a challenge for several of the team members to grasp. Patience and understanding have been a key characteristic of the existing consultant performing in the SAP SD/SM analyst capacity to date, so I would expect this to be a desired trait going forward in addition to a sound SAP knowledge. Position Responsibilities: The Principal Systems Specialist - SAP SD supports the implementation and configuration of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD)module of SAP. Job Responsibilities include the following: 1. Executes the planning, analysis, design, configuration, development, integration, maintenance, system upgrades, and enhancements associated within the BSM implementation for the Sales and Distribution (SD) module in SAP and the associated service SAP CRM solution 2. Identifies and evaluates process, interface, and conversion risks and develops controls to adequately mitigate the risks of the BSM implementation 3. Collaborates with the security organization to incorporate adequate security controls into overall design and configuration 4. Documents the solution design and aids in development and delivery of end user training 5. Creates test scripts and drives the integration/regression testing of the solution during the Client BSM implementation 6. Adheres to the various Client BSM PMO guidelines and drive towards to achieving the required BSM project milestones 7. Upon solution implementation, assists in stabilizing and transitioning to Client IT SAP support organization. Conducts knowledge transfer from consultants to current IT SAP support staff to help support the solution 8. Supports and sustains the implemented solution as part of the IT SAP support organization. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent degree plan. is required. Experience/Skills - Required: 14 + years total IT experience is required.
