They will perform development and maintenance of complex, large-scale IVR applications; create and document system requirements, develop and implement test plans, develop and deploy application code for new functionality, modify and maintain current application code, adhere to standard software development life cycle processes used within the organization, evaluate and provide recommendations for alternate technologies, and provide 24x7x365 production support.
