You will have the responsibility to provide management oversight of application remediation activities in the MS Office content areas. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the issues escalated in chat channel, updating the issue management system, escalating to overall issues manager of critical issues, working closely with office content developers and business power users to support them in assessment, remediation and testing activities.
