Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 4 – 5 Years
Technical/Functional Skills :
1. Kronos Workforce Central (Workforce Management, Time and Attendance, Employee Scheduling, Analytics, Labor Standards,Pay Rules) preferred/ Any other workforce management solution for large organization (like RedPrairie Workforce Management Solution,
2. Kronos Connect
3. SSRS
4. SQL Server/Oracle
5. Interfacing with Kronos/Workforce Management Solutions(eg. Interfacing with Payroll, Time Clock Punches, Employee Data, Business Drivers etc)
6. Experience in Retail Domain a plus
7. Vb/# a plus
Experience Required 4 – 5 years
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Interact with business users to gather requirements and document them for configuration of the Workforce Management Solution.
2. Create configuration documents/blueprint
3. Product Configuration (eg .Labor Levels, pay rules, profiles, forecast, scheduling )
4. Interface design and development for data import and export from Kronos using Connect
5. Custom report development in SSRS
6. Troubleshoot and resolve user queries on configuration and interfaces
7. Solid interpersonal skills to interface with co-workers and customers.
8. Ability to manage specific tasks to completion with minimal direction.
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
