The selected individual will join the EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) Project Engagement team as a project analyst. The EAI project analysts are responsible for designing, implementing and troubleshooting solutions using the messaging products supported by EAI. The key "messaging" products supported by EAI include WebSphere MQ (WMQ), WebSphere Message Broker (WMB), and WebSphere Transformation Extender (WTX). EAI project analysts will be expected to review a project’s integration requirements, recommend a solution, and implement the solution.

Person desired:

Experienced EAI Solution provider with strong WebSphere MQ and WebSphere Message Broker development skills

The individual in this position is required to have the following experience/skills:

Soft skills:

Technical Skills

· WebSphere MQ 6.x/7.x on distributed platforms(UNIX and Windows) and z/OS

o Understanding of MQ Clustering

o Ability to automate creation of MQ objects

· WebSphere Message Broker development experience

· Java programming experience

· Understanding of JMS

· XML

· Understanding of SOAP / WSDL / Web Services

· Good knowledge of AIX, Linux, HP UNIX and Windows operating systems

· Experience troubleshooting with trace files, MQ logs, and JMS logs.

· WebSphere Transformation Extender experience desirable

Desired Certification

· IBM Certified System Administrator - WebSphere MQ V6.0
