Must Have Skills:

Must have strong hands on professional experience doing mobile development for iPhones including Objective-C.
Must have hands on experience doing mobile development for Windows Mobile or Blackberry/RIM.
Must come in knowing how to develop 2 out of 3 Mobile OS's and must be willing to learn the 3rd if you don't already possess the background.
BS/MS in Computer Science or related.
More information/background:
C++/Objective C/ XML experience.
C#, Silverlight, XAML,
Knowledge of iPhone SDK. (SQLite database, Threads, GeoLocation).
Iphone application development skills and experience. Extensive knowledge of the Iphone SDK and preferably at least one deployed Iphone application.
Strong understanding of Blackberry JDE, MDS runtime, interactive application development paradigms, memory management, file I/O, network & socket programming, concurrency and multi-threading.
Experience in J2ME and blackberry performance analysis and tuning, benchmarking and unit testing is desired.
Extensive knowledge of Flex , Action scripts .
UI / RIA development experience
Experience working on distributed applications
Experience in the use of Agile development methodologies specifically SCRUM
Streaming media and Video encoding/decoding
Knowledge of HL 7 / X12 and HIPAA ( preferred)
