This is a long term contract in Soho, NYC area.

Skills/Attributes
Highly organized
Excellent writing/documentation skills
Strong communication skills
Interested in working with offshore teams, communicating across cultures,
etc
Willing and able to flex hours to collaborate with offshore team members
Interested in hands-on work as well as leading remote team members
Experience - Mandatory:
1 or more years working as a software developer (hands-on coding)
Test strategy (test approaches, if/when & what to automate)
Test plans, test cases, test reports, etc
Leading/directing work of 3+ testers
Executing manual test cases and reporting results
Test automation
XML web services testing (SOAP, REST, etc)
SQL (for validation of database entries and states)
One or more scripting languages (Python, Ruby, PERL, vendor-specific
scripting languages)
Troubleshooting web applications (tracing issues)
Working in Agile process environment (Scrum, XP, etc)
Experience - Strongly Preferred:
Directing/coordinating offshore resources
Prior consulting experience
Performance / Load / Stress / Scalability testing
Technologies:
Ajax, JavaScript, CSS
XML, HTTP,
Flash/Flex?
Cross-Browser testing experience
I18N / L10N
Tools (any of the following helpful)
QuickTest Pro (QTP), WinRunner, LoadRunner, VSTS Test, SilkTest,
Selenium, WATIR,

Development Environments
Experience with any of the following specific technologies is a plus. Lack
of experience with these technologies should not eliminate an otherwise
well-qualified candidate)
