List the job functions or responsibilities:
The resource will perform as a Developer and will be part of the technical team. Along with the C# .Net development activities, the resource will be mainly responsible for development of the mapping functionality (ArcGIS mobile and server) of the project. The resource should have experience in the following areas:
1. ArcGIS 9.X server, ArcGIS mobile application development using C# and ASP .Net
2. Windows and web application design and development using Microsoft .Net Framework (2.0 and 3.5) technologies, C#, JavaScript, Web Services, ASP.Net, ADO.Net, SQL Server 2005
