Requirements:
Java - frameworks, security, web services, and unit testing.
AJAX and JSP –good working knowledge of client side programming
Must be able to understand technical design documents and work independently and with other team members, including developers and business analysts, to complete the tasks.
Communicate effectively. The candidate must be able to be understood over a conference call. The candidate must be able to communicate technical thoughts and ideas.
Client Coding and Design Standards. The candidate should be able to quickly learn and adapt to Client Coding Standards.
Code and Design Reviews. The candidate should be able to describe how code and design reviews work, their benefits, and their own experience with these reviews.
Testing. Be able to explain in detail the types of testing they have used, how they have used testing to help them develop code, and how the testing process should work.

Bonus Skills:
XML – knowledge of XML, marshalling and unmarshalling of XML,
Documaker – knowledge of Documaker
Insurance knowledge/background – Must skill
