Detail Job Description
Deep technical knowledge of IBM Websphere MQseries including years of experience:
· Developing architecture for MQSeries infrastructure in 24x7x365 environment (5 years)
· Documenting new and existing infrastructure (7 years)
· Implement MQSeries clustering on Mainframe regions for production and development (5 years)
· Implement MQSeries clustering on Sun Solaris two-node clusters (5 years)
· Implement proactive monitoring for MQ clustered environment on all platforms (7 years)
· Administer and support all MQSeries solutions (5 years)
· Support applications development team for any transaction-based software design and architecture using MQSeries (7 years)
· Upgrading the product (3 years)
· Full system integration design and testing (5 years)
· Educating developers on the most effective and efficient ways to utilize MQ in their systems give clear understanding of the requirements (3 years)
· In depth understanding of system security and clearly establish and maintain MQ hardening (3 years)
· Act as the subject matter expert in all areas of MQseries (3 years)
Support infrastructure and technical teams in:
· Maintaining current software and hardware environments.
· Designing and implementing solutions to meet customer needs
· Troubleshooting technical issues
· Providing 24/7/365 support for the environment
· Provide development team support 24x7 in high profile time sensitive projects, treating development systems as production
· Meet or exceed all current support SLA’s
· Documenting and testing security hardening in the MQ environment on an ongoing basis.
· Continual evaluation of performance and remediation
· Establish metrics to evaluate and drive continuous improvement of the environment. |
