Position: Sr. Programming Analyst

Location: Olympia, WA.

Duration: 6 months


Project Description:

There are currently stored business contact information in multiple locations, including an obsolete legacy application, a Lotus Notes database, and several Outlook contact groups.



This project is an effort to establish an enterprise-scale Contacts application and database that supports consolidation of the contact data stored in these separate locations and eliminates the reliance on the out-dated and disparate platforms. The client has decided to implement and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet these objectives.



Required Skills:

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 or current version
Microsoft Windows Server 2008
Microsoft SQL Server 2008
Windows Active Directory
Lotus Notes
Outlook

Legacy System
A. Mandatory Experience and Qualifications: Minimum 3 years Experience

· Installation and Configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM and SQL Server
· Customizing Dynamics CRM
· Importing or Migrating Data into Dynamics CRM database
· Interfacing Dynamics CRM with external systems
· Ability to provide technical transfer and training for both technical and business users



B. Highly Desired Experience and Qualifications:

· Implementing Dynamics CRM in a non-sales environment
· Implementing Dynamics CRM in a public agency
· Interfacing with Lotus Notes-based databases
· Availability to start work quickly
