Job Responsibilities
· Develop quality code solutions in a timely manner
· Develop high quality technical specifications (MD.070/CV060)
· Perform/support unit and QA testing
· Adhering to established design, coding and documentation standards and conventions, guidelines and best practices
· Work with functional resources and customers as necessary

Education/Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent, and minimum 5 years of related experience and/or training, or combination of education and experience
· Minimum 5 years of hands-on development experience in Oracle applications
· In-depth technical Oracle application knowledge including: Application technology stacks, High level application database (table & objects) structure and entity relationships
· Application utilities including generic and module specific APIs/Loaders/Open interfaces imports
· Modules: TCA, Case Management/Service, Install Base, iSupport, Teleservice, Interaction Center/Call Center
· Oracle database & application development tools including: General shell scripting, SQL & Server utilities (including SQL loader), PL/SQL (including provided DB PL/SQL packages & utilities), Report Designer, Workflow Builder, Discoverer, Form Builder/JDeveloper (OAF) a plus, not required
