You will be converting a limited sub-set of our clients Oracle HR to PeopleSoft HR systems. The move will initially go to success factors and then will be sun set over the course of 2010. This migration will affect approx. 13,000 users global and will incorporate some international travel for various planning and road mapping meetings.
Functional understand of Oracle to PeopleSoft conversion
Extremely strong PM skills
Ability to handle change management issues
Have managed medium to large teams
