REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
Experience working with mainframe systems
Hands-on experience maintaining, resolving and communicating the status of production defects
Experience working on IT projects and meeting milestones and deadlines
Experience performing software testing, documenting and presenting the results to customers
General understanding of project phases
Ability to handle multiple tasks and implementation timeframes
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to perform as a self-starter, with motivation to consistently produce high quality results
Strong organizational and follow-through skills, and particularly strong attention to detail
Demonstrated flexibility, self-discipline and ability to work independently, as well as within a group |
