URGENT: Need resumes for an Oracle Fusion Lead SW Engineer/Architect

Develops implements, integrates and maintains applications. Formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify moderately complex information systems and applications. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Completes all technical development tasks pertaining to applications per approved projects and allocated budgets. Interfaces extensively with functional users to confirm the applicability of design alternatives, identifies and recommends cost effective options, and addresses user concerns. Interfaces as necessary with all critical integration points to ensure that applications are integrating successfully and efficiently with all requested applications. Designs and consults on data design and enterprise architecture. Evaluates software tools, languages, and best practices. Creates and enforces application standards and governance. Serves as coach and mentor to junior developers.

Lead Software Engineer / Architect

Develops implements, integrates and maintains applications. Requires BS/BA in Computer Science or related discipline
Relevant vendor/professional certifications a plus
Accomplished verbal and written communication skills required
7 + years exp, of which at least 2 in an enterprise architect \ Fusion Lead architect role translating business requirements into design
4 + years involving Tech Lead role in Integration projects
Hands on experience on the core Oracle SOA Suite components - BPEL, ESB(OSB), OWSM, BAM etc
Experience of having designed solutions using the Oracle SOA Suite (10gR2 / 11g)
Experience with BEA stack of products - Weblogic, Aqualogic etc - Highly Desirable
Experience in the design and implementation of development, execution, and operations architectures solutions, including (but not limited to): reporting, interface, batch scheduling, monitoring, output management, etc
Experience with SOA with understanding of WS standards, WS Messaging, WS Security
2+ yrs of SOA technical experience including Oracle AIA Foundation Suite
Minimum 3 years of experience with Service Component Architecture
