Description:
Assist Quote to Cash - Order to Book process segments to assess scope and develop requirements, working cross-functionally, for the initial implementation of an Oracle Release 12 environment, receiving orders from iStore and internal teams (Service, Returns, etc.). Including select L1-L5 business processes and prioritized customizations on Oracle R12.

Skills:
Oracle design and implementation experience for the Oracle R12 Order Management
Nice to have would be experience with other modules such as OTM, APS, CS, OKS, etc. and iStore
Multi-org, multi-currency and globalization experience in emerging countries

Responsibilities:
Evaluate identified Business Processes in potential implementation of *Oracle release 12* to identify any gaps or recommendations Consolidate SME Feedback in Gap Analysis of Oracle R12 Draft analysis documents (HL Scope, BRD's, Process Flows)
Prepare materials to assist in any pros/cons for alternative implementation approaches, if necessary Present requirements in review sessions to obtain feedback and signoff
Manage any change control requests Provide initial QA scenarios, with priority, as needed
Execute QA script and record/resolve accordingly for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Business Acceptance testing (BAT)
Review and provide input to the Change Management impacts Support go-live activities through support and normalization
