Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership of one or more high-level
development, testing, integration, implementation, and/or
engineering tasks within a large, complex application development
Information Technology Consulting Services
project.
Responsible for the quality, completeness and timeliness of all
work products.
Perform complex analytic tasks, develop key application modules,
design database structures, manage data migration planning and
execution, oversee testing and debugging.

Minimum Requirements
A minimum of six (6) years of progressive technical experience
participating in web application development projects with at least
one (1) year in a team leadership role.
A minimum ofa bachelor's degree in Information Systems,
Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or relevant field.
At least one (1) technical certification.
At least five (5) years of experience with the following web
technologies:
ASP.Net 2.0/3.0; HTML, XML, Javascript,
VBScript, ADO.Net, CSS, ASP.
At least five (5) years of experience with the following databases:
SQL Server2000, 2005, 2008, Oracle, MYSQL.
At least three years of experience with MS lIS and Apache web
servers.

Preferred Requirements
Experience with HP Quality Center and Load Runner.
Experience managing a client relationship.
Experience Levels
Levell: Six (6) to Seven (7) years of relevant technical experience
and four (4) years of managerial experience and a bachelor's
degree.
Level 2: Eight (8) or more years of relevant technical experience
and five (5) or more years of managerial experience and a Master's
degree.
