Since corp-corp.com is a career site, we give job seekers the option of placing a resume in our online databases. All recruiters who pay for access to the resume database services may access your resume. We use our best efforts to grant access to these database services only to recruiters, headhunters, staffing firms, and employment search consultants. However, we cannot guarantee that other parties will not, without our consent, gain access to these services.

You may remove your resume from our searchable database at any time. However, recruiters who have paid for access to the database services, and other parties who have otherwise gained access to the database services, may have retained a copy of your resume in their own files or databases. We are not responsible for the retention, use, or privacy of resumes in these instances, or for the use or privacy of resumes by any of such parties while resumes are in their database.

When Submitting a Corporate Profile:

Corporate Profiles are provided as a service of corp-corp for the benefit of our registered users. These profiles may be listed and indexed in our site and other search engine directories, which are searchable, by job seekers and corporations. However, we cannot guarantee that other parties will not, without our consent, gain access to these services.

You may remove your profile from our searchable directories at any time. However, job seekers or corporations who have accessed to the directory services, and other parties who have otherwise gained access to the directory services, may have retained a copy of your profile in their own files or databases. We are not responsible for the retention, use, or privacy of resumes in these instances, or for the use or privacy of resumes by any of such parties while resumes are in their database.

When Posting a Job:

Job posting is provided as a service of corp-corp for the benefit of our registered users. These jobs will be listed and indexed in our site as well as search engines, which may be searchable either directly or indirectly by job seekers, other registered users, and corporations. However, we cannot guarantee that other parties will not, without our consent, gain access to these services.

You may remove your jobs from our searchable database at any time. However, job seekers, other registered users, and corporations who have accessed to the directory services, and other parties who have otherwise gained access to the directory services, may have retained a copy of your profile in their own files or databases. We are not responsible for the retention, use, or privacy of resumes in these instances, or for the use or privacy of resumes by any of such parties while resumes are in their database.

When submitted via "Forward this to a Friend" feature:

When a user of corp-corp.com uses this feature, they are asked to supply their friend's name and email address to automatically send the friend a one-time email version of the job. We receive the friend's personally identifying information solely for the purpose of sending the information, we consider the referred person is our prospective user and we may store the information for statistics purpose and may send promotional information about services.

Other Uses:

Corp-Corp.com may match specific and/or aggregated Personal Information with third party data to provide you with product and content offerings that interest you and improve our advertising and marketing efforts. Corp-Corp.com also may disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe our services to potential advertisers, partners, other third parties, our affiliate companies, and for other lawful purposes. When jobs seekers or companies opt to register at Corp-Corp.com, a business relationship is created between Corp-Corp.com and that job seeker or company. Examples of how a business relationship may be created through registration include, but are not necessarily limited to: submitting a resume, applying for a Trial Membership Subscription, or purchasing a Subscription.

You may choose to "opt-out" of sharing Personal Information in several ways. When choosing to use certain features or services on the Site, you can choose whether or not to share optional Personal Information in connection with the feature or service. If you receive communications from us that you prefer not to receive, you may opt out from receiving these communications, either by specifically indicating this preference in a communication to us via email or letter or by deleting your registration profile from our database and terminating your business relationship with Corp-Corp.com.
