Position Responsibilities:

Responsible for design, implementation and support of Cisco Call Manager Voice over IP telephone switches and Cisco Unity Unified Messaging systems. Day-today duties include handling all user request for adds, moves and changes, monitoring voice call quality and call handling optimization and generate weekly and monthly reports on system utilization and configuration. Additionally, will be tasked with implementing VoIP PBX systems in new locations, planning and implementing system upgrades and reviewing and recommending relevant new technologies.

Interface with users and management to identify voice communications requirement and develop plans to satisfy needs.

Position Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related discipline and at least 4-6 years of progressive technical hands on network experience. Proficient in understanding various network technologies, with a focus on Cisco Voice over IP and Local Area Network routing and switching technologies. Requires working knowledge of Microsoft products (ie. MS Office, Outlook, Exchange and Windows 2000 servers), as well as Internet/Intranet network support experience. Familiarity with legacy telephone system terms and technologies especially ASPECT call center ACD . Must possess excellent analytical and communication skills. Must have the ability to interface with internal customers at all levels of the organization.


Specific skills required :
- In-depth knowlegde and support experience of Cisco Call Manager VoIP Telephone System
- In-depth knowlegde and support experience of Cisco Unity Voice Mail System
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 2000 server and Exchange 2003 mail server
- Familiarity with Cisco LAN switches and routers
- Ability to Diagnose and Solve network problems
- Ability to identify and recommend specific network improvements.
