: Technical Team Lead – PHP and Python on LAMP server

Milford, OH - with ability to travel for short period with less than a day’s notice.
Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 3-4 Years of PHP and Python experience; 2+ years as technical lead
Technical/Functional Skills : Ability to plan the project as per guidelines and ensure client agrees to the schedule.
Have a command on PHP and Python languages and ability to train/ mentor the team on this technology.
Should have good experience with LAMP server and troubleshoot the problems.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills are a must.
Experience Required Must have hands on experience programming in PHP and Python.
Must have experience using LAMP server.
Lead the team of developers, with minimum of 5 people in the team.
Must have experience for each phases of SDLC viz. requirements, design, development, testing and implementation.
Must have trained/mentored developers in the past on these technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities : Lead the technical team for development on LAMP server technologies.
Should able to lead the team that is geographically apart within or outside US and in different time zones.
Plan the project and deliverables and ensure all stakeholders are at sync.
Ensure the quality of deliverables and the team follows the process as planned.
Provide regular reports and update on the project progress.
Proactively track the project risks and plan/ take mitigation actions

Generic Managerial Skills : Mentor and provide technical oversight to the team.
Align the team to focus on client requirements
Education : Bachelor degree in Computer Science.
