•  Direct Client Requirement

1- Strong knowledge and working experience with Unix environment (6-7 yrs)
2- Experience in design, developing, and deploying J2EE applications (4-5 yrs)
3- Experience in Unix shell programming (4-5 yrs)
4- Experience with packaging and deploying J2EE web applications using CI, hudson, ANT (4-5 yrs)
5- Experience with WebSphere and Tomcat administration and architecture (4-5 yrs)
6- Knowledge of Configuration management processes and tools such as CVS, SVN (4-5 yrs)
7- Assist with documentation of environment diagram and configuration, knowledge of Visio is a big plus. (4-5 yrs)
8- Have coordination skills to work with environment and infrastructure teams(4-5 yrs)
9- Experience with system level metrics and performance collection(4-5 yrs)
10- Experience with automating manual processes using Java or Unix script utilities(4-5 yrs)

A big Plus :
Experience in managing large Cognos environments
