1. Design patterns: Creational, Behavioral, Structural. Candidate should have very good understanding of at least 2 design patterns and object oriented principles. Must have worked on frameworks that implemented design patterns.
2. C# language: Generics, lamda expressions,LINQ, Delegates e.t.c...
3. ASP.NET development. Candidates should be have developed custom controls, web controls e.t.c....
4. WinForms
5 WCF --.NET remoting,
6. Excel automation
7.multithreaded programming, generics
8. SQL Server 2008 or 2005
10. Bloomberg
11. Functional Knowledge of equity, commodity, currency, fixed income & credit products and derivatives
